Hereford Book signing pictures...

Here are a few pictures of my Book signing, it's quite difficult

to take pictures especially when you're mid conversation with someone, so there aren't that many! We had a colouring competition and I sold some of my bookplates too!

There were lots of lovely comments about my illustrations which

made me feel great although I find it incredibly hard to looks at my work retrospectively as I'm always trying to move forward to get to a place where I'm completely happy.

I made some colouring sheets using the front cover of my book,

they seemed to go down well and the children who loved 

the glitter glue pens!

mousey cut-outs I made!

New Prints for sale

Exciting news, I have just had two of my 

illustrations made into prints.

The have been printed using the Giclée process which means that they won't fade in sunlight like your average print. 

Malcolm Payne from Colourfast Editions near Leominster, Herefordshire was a big help with choosing the right paper 

and is highly professional and friendly which makes 

for a great print service.

They come mounted and framed, and are priced at £35 plus postage and packaging and will make a gorgeous gift for children 

and adults alike. They are part of a limited edition 

print run of 25 per illustration.

The dimensions of the frames are W:28cm x H:33cm and 

they are wooden with glass.

Hello Hello there! 

Here is the coloured up version my previous sketch 

of my little shrew boy messing about on the river,

I hope you like it, I had fun with the daunting task 

of making the water look, well, watery and translucent, 

....I think I kind of got there in the end xx

Hello all! I have finally finished my book, HOORAY! 

It's coming out in October, I cannot wait to see it, I found out that they have sold the rights to publish it in French too!

I'm now working on some new pieces for my portfolio, here is some finalized line art, I am now going to colour them up, which Im looking forward to. They are going to be nice and summery after illustrating wintery scenes for so long!
